CNC ROUTING SERVICES at our shop in San Bernardino, CA. Our cnc routers can cut a broad range of materials such as wood, hardwood, plywood, MDF, melamine, PVC, foam, composite material, acrylic, polycarbonate, most plastic type materials and aluminum.
The CNC routing process begins with the intent of the part based on the features and shape of the part. There are multiple steps to this process which starts with a file created with CAD (Computer aided design) software. The CAD file is then entered into CAM (computer aided manufacturing) software that creates a cut file. This cut file is then entered into the cnc machine controller which reads the cut file and then controls the cnc routers motion to cut the desired part. Cnc routing is used primarily for cutting parts out of sheets of material.
